Current Fabulista

I haven't done a Fabulista post in a while and just thought I would share 5 things that on my fav list at the moment!

On my Current Fabulista:

1. Pumps...just bought a red and a purple pair at Woolies...I need some more...

2. Smashbox. I just cant live without my photo finisher and under-eye brightener!

3. Black tights. Sooo comfy...need I say more?

4. One Tree Hill. I am officially addicted. I have 7 seasons to get through and I'm on Season 2!

5. Straight hair...I've said goodbye to my summer curls and rekindled my relationshop with my GHD!

Current Fabulista - Mu & Me

Happy Saturday everyone! Its SO hot in Cape Town today, I am literally melting! Too hot to even go to the beach, if you can believe that!

But this morning the hubby and I did go to the Old Biscuit Mill for breakfast. Its a neighbourhood organic goods market with the most fab food! Yum. Everything from burgers to sushi to coffee and cakes! Clothes, stationery, everything under the sun. If you want to check out their website click here. Its a MUST for anyone who comes to Cape Town to visit! We bought some bread, cookies and olives.





BUT that not actually what this post is about! Also at the Biscuit Mill they have some individual shops. Those who know me really well will know that I am a little obsessed with buying cute greeting cards and notebooks! Don't ask me why? This one shop they have is called Mu&Me. Its stationery and print label by South African graphic designer, Daley Muller. The range is based on a bunch of characters and animals with the cutest names and stories, totally adorable!




Below is my favourite character, Amelia.



I just have to have their notebooks and greeting cards!!! They are most definitely on my current fabulista!!

Current Shoes Fabulista!

Like I've mentioned before, I am crazy about shoes, shoes and more shoes. I just came across the most awesome shoes from Seychelles Footwear (in the States, sadness) and I wish I could have them! Sometimes I just like to 'window shop' online. It take so much less energy and money(usually) as you don't have the items right in front of you! If I could choose, these are the ones I would choose! The grey boots above are my number 1 choice, followed be the purple one's below that are out of stock. And I'll take the rest as well, just for fun! Well, a girl can dream...














They all are leather, which is my preference usually! And they cost about between $80 - &110 dollars! Pricey, I know, but what do you expect to pay for leather shoes? I found this website through a new blog that I've been following, keiko lynn, she's really cute and makes and sells her own clothes!

This is what's on my current fabulista!! I am obssessed with summer dresses at the moment! I just love them. I wish I had more, I wish I had the body to wear all of these! When I reach my goal weight, this is all I'm gonna wear all of the time!

5 Things on My Current Fabulista!

Greetings in 2010!

I know that I am seriously overdue for a post! I have so much to say but don't know where to start! I also am delayed in posting my New Years Goals! I'll have them up soon!! I promise! I'm looking forward to HUGE things in 2010!

So this is an easy post to get myself going!

5 Things on my Current Fabulista!

1. Japanese Cherry Blossom products from the Body Shop! ( I LOVE that smell! Its also the name of the events company that I co-own)
2. Dermalogica skin care range ( I covet them but I cant afford it sadly!)
3. The colours RED and PURPLE are my fav right now! I can't get enough!
4. Going to the beach and sun-tanning! (with sunscreen of course! its going to be 36 degrees Celsius in Cape Town tomorrow!)
5. Pilates! (I've been away over the festive season, but I am back!

I'm on my last week of holidays and plan to make the most of the me time that I have left. I definitely want to go to the beach tomorrow and catch some sun and sea! For those that live in Cape Town, you will know that someone was killed by a shark today on Fish Hoek beach...so...I definitely won't be going there!

I'm also going to be posting the details of my weight loss challenge! I would love to lose 10kg's by end April! Lets see if I can do it! Will give a full previous weight loss post and current weight loss status soon soon!!

Weddings, love and more!

November is the seasons for weddings! Do you agree? I love weddings! In fact, I don't know if I've mentioned this before, my friend and I own a wedding planning business called Cherry Blossom. Our website is www.cherryblossomevents.co.za. You welcome to check it out if you want to know more!

Enough of my little promo and more of The Wedding of the Year! Oh my word! It was so beautiful! My best friend was a gorgeous bride and myself and our other best friend were the best bridesmaids you would ever find! If I have to say so myself! We really had the most blessed church service and an awesome party at Mandela Rhodes Place after. If you want to check out some more pics, you can check on germinate.co.za, Romi and Che wedding.
