studying and more studying...

it Sunday, my dh has cooked us a fabulous lunch, we went to a fabulous wedding yesterday and now what an anti-climax that I have to sit with these books for my exam tomorrow!!!

The problem is not putting in the time, but actually focussing and taking in the information. I'm really struggling with that right now. Maybe a nap will help or a red bull??

Any ideas??

  1. I lived off Red Bull last year during exams and while it's so unhealthy it can do the trick if things are last minute. However, I find a nap is a way better alternative. Your mind and body get a chance to rest and I find I concentrate more when I take a break, or go watch some T.V.
