I have news!!! Finally after a long long plateau, I finally have a loss! I'm not sure what did it but a loss is a loss baby! So to cut a long story short, I had gained a kilo or so over the last 2 months and today, I took off 1.8kg (3.96 pounds!!) I hope that means that my metabolism has finally kicked in and I am on the road again to losing. I think it may be all this training that I am doing for my 10k race next Sunday!
Goals for this week:
* keep trying to drink the 2L of water a day (yes I'm still struggling)
* Run 15km by next Wed
* Do Powerplate twice before next week
The scale can only go down from here!!
